Loyalty points
Choose what comes back as points, say 1% or 2% of a sale. A point is one taka. Your customers earn on what they buy, at the counter or online once delivered, and pay with their points next time, at the till or at checkout. You choose when unused points lapse, and which products earn none.
A grocery gives 2% back. A family that spends ৳5,000 a month earns ৳100 in points, sees it on their receipt and on your website, and pays ৳100 of next month's shop with it.
Member cards
Have cards printed for your shop and hand them to your regular customers. The first time the till scans a new card you say whose it is; from then on a scan puts that customer on the sale, with what they owe, without asking for their number. The card's QR code also opens your shop's website on the customer's own phone.
A grocery hands cards to the families that shop every week. At the counter the cashier scans the card, the customer's name and due come up, and the sale goes on their account in one tap.
