Nothing is locked behind a bigger package. Turn on what your shop uses; only that shows in your menu.

How the size works

What counts
Online orders (from your website, the bot, or typed in by your shop) and counter sales (sales on your POS), each against its own limit. Cancelled and returned sales don't count. Your size is whichever line you're further along, never both added up.
Going over
Never stops a sale or an order. You move up only after two months in a row over your size, with 7 days' notice before anything changes. A busy Eid month alone never moves you.
Coming back down
By itself, after a quiet month. Nothing to ask for.
The first 3 months
৳ 99 a month in every size, paid one month at a time from your wallet. A reminder comes 7 days before the full price starts.
Paying
Top up your Dukani wallet with bKash; the month's fee is taken from it. No card needed, no contract.
The Messenger bot's replies
The Messenger bot is in a pilot with a few shops. Once it's open, 5,000 / 25,000 / 100,000 AI replies a month are included by size; beyond that, ৳ 0.20 each from your wallet.
The Dukani badge
On by default in every package; turn it off in Settings.
Already on the free plan?
Your store stays as it is, with the same limits. Nothing changes without 30 days' notice.

Questions

Can prices change?
Yes, with at least 30 days' notice before anything you pay goes up or anything your package includes is taken away. An introductory price lasts for its period.
Is there a commission?
No. 0% on every sale, online or at the counter.
What if I have a second shop?
Each shop is its own package. The 14 days and the ৳ 99 months are for a person's first shop.
What's in Enterprise?
A custom arrangement for very large businesses: several branches, a contract, a person to call. Write to us.
Do I need the POS to use Dukani?
No. Many shops sell online only. The POS is there when you want the counter in the same system.
